Our PMaaS division at Tel-Aviv office is seeking project managers. What will you do?

• Initiate, plan, lead, explain, manage, change.
• Manage end-to-end large business projects of system implementation in companies operating in the financial sector.
• Analyze data and plan the project’s course.
• Provide ongoing progress reports of the project.
• Prepare detailed work plans.
• Prepare reports and draw conclusions to present to clients and management.
• Speak the client's language and achieve the impossible.
• Identify failures and solve problems.
• Learn and implement.

What is required from you?

• Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a managerial/financial/industrial engineering and management field.
• Advanced degrees with a strong academic background are a significant advantage.
• Work experience range when the highest education is a bachelor's degree: 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial sectors such as banking, insurance, asset and capital management, payments, fintech, etc.
• Work experience range when the highest education is a master's degree or higher: 0-3 years of relevant experience in financial sectors such as banking, insurance, asset and capital management, payments, fintech, etc.
• Passion for working in the financial services and technology field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of visualization tools or languages like Alteryx, Tableau, and Python/R

Analyze, support, draw conclusions, recommend.

• Conduct in-depth data analysis and assist in compiling comprehensive reports.
• Provide support to project managers and consultants in their daily activities.
• Help clients identify problems and derive meaningful insights from the data.
• Present data clearly and draw conclusions that lead to practical recommendations.
• Develop and implement advanced analytical tools and work with large databases.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for clients and management.

What is required from you?

• Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, management, industrial engineering, or a similar field.
• Advanced degrees with a strong academic background are a significant advantage.
• Work experience range when the highest education is a bachelor's degree: 1-3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or consulting.
• Work experience range when the highest education is a master's degree: 0-2 years of relevant experience in data analysis or consulting.
• Passion for data analysis and financial services.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx is an advantage.
• Experience working with SQL, Python, or R.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to present data and draw conclusions clearly and structurally.
• Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new situations and dynamic work environments.
