Our History
uzmanko was established in 2024 in response to pivotal events that reshaped the business landscape, such as the COVID-19, global conflicts, and the AI revolution. These events have driven the need for innovative approaches to business challenges. The company was founded by Jonathan Kuzmanko, an ambitious executive who rapidly advanced in the financial world, becoming VP of Business Development at Israel’s largest insurance company by the age of 33. Jonathan has held senior positions in the financial sector, excelling in operational management and leading projects in business development and system implementation.
onathan’s leadership has been recognized with numerous awards for excellence in the Israeli insurance market, particularly for the activities and products he led. His experience in implementing AI solutions led him to pursue international research on large language models in managerial decision-making at the University of Economics and Business in Prague. Alongside his doctoral studies, Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s degree (B.A) in Management and Finance and an MBA, both from Ben-Gurion University.
